Refrigerator issue upon arrival led to significant frustration. initially told they were full, then offered an alternative only when pressed. Gym facilities were disappointing, featuring outdated, often broken equipment, which made workouts underwhelming. Shower in the bathroom did not function properly, and the absence of pastel de nata at breakfast was a letdown given its promotion on the website. Additionally, breakfast selections were repetitive and limited, lacking variety during the stay.
